Snug Beauty – Pamper Perks Terms & Conditions
he Snug Beauty Pamper Perks programme is designed to reward loyal clients and encourage referrals. By participating in the programme, clients agree to the following terms.
1. Earning Stamps
• Clients earn 1 stamp for every £25 spent on treatments
A maximum of 3 stamps can be earned per visit
Stamps are awarded on treatment purchases only
Product purchases do not earn stamps
2. Loyalty Rewards
A completed loyalty card earns a Snug reward
A midway reward is given after 5 stamps, consisting of a take-home face, eye, or hand mask (subject to availability)
The final reward can be redeemed against treatments or products
3. Reward Redemption
Rewards are redeemed on a future appointment, not the visit in which they are earned
A minimum spend of £45 applies when redeeming rewards
Only one reward may be redeemed per visit (including Pamper Perks and Besties Bonus)
Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Besties Bonus (Referral Programme)
When an existing client refers a new client, both receive a reward
The new client receives £5 off their first treatment
The referring client receives £5 off their next treatment once the referred client has attended and paid
The referring client must be named at the time of booking
Referral rewards are subject to the same redemption rules, including minimum spend and one reward per visit
5. Validity
Loyalty cards and rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Expired cards or rewards cannot be redeemed
6. Lost or Damaged Cards
Lost, stolen, or damaged loyalty cards cannot be replaced
Snug Beauty may, at its discretion, verify completed cards using internal records
7. General Conditions
Loyalty cards are non-transferable and intended for personal use only
Only one active loyalty card may be used per client at any time
Snug Beauty reserves the right to amend or withdraw the programme at any time
Promotional events (such as double stamp offers) may be introduced at Snug Beauty’s discretion and are time-limited
8. Programme Overview
The Pamper Perks programme rewards regular visits, referrals, and continued engagement with Snug Beauty. The scheme is designed to offer meaningful rewards while maintaining the high quality and service standards expected by our clients.
